Arnaud Hendrickx
Arnaud Hendrickx worked as an architect at Xaveer De Geyter architects and co-founded Rauw Architecten with Thierry Berlemont and Bart Callens. His current spatial artistic practice focusses more on artist collaborations, artefacts, installations and exhibitions than buildings. He teaches and researches the overlapping field of art and architecture as assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture, KU Leuven, Campus Sint-Lucas, Brussels, Belgium and adjunct professor at the RMIT University, School of Architecture and Design, Melbourne, Australia. He is head of the research unit Architecture and Arts of the Department of Architecture of the KULeuven and a member of their research group Radical Materiality. He obtained a doctoral degree at the RMIT University, School of Architecture and Design, Melbourne, Australia with his dissertation and exhibition ‘Substantiating Displacement’.
