Tilo Reifenstein

Tilo Reifenstein is a PhD candidate at Manchester Institute for Research and Innovation in Art and Design (MIRIAD) and associate lecturer at Manchester School of Art (Manchester Metropolitan University). His research aims to address the relationships between literary writing and drawing through an understanding of their shared graphic marks. Tilo is a trustee of the UK-based Association of Art Historians (AAH) and chair of their Student Members’ Committee. He contributes to the Open Arts Journal (The Open University) as an associate editor and was a 2015/16 Franz Roh Fellow at the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte (in conjunction with the Institut für Kunstgeschichte of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich).
